Tirana, 30 January 2011 NOA - Now it's official and confirmed by the respective institutions. A 37-year-old from Burrel is the person who hasattempted to harass Edi Rama planning a murder, in retaliation for damage to his vehicle.
Official sources from the Ministry of Interior and the General Directorate of State Police, said for the NOA agency, that Luan Rami, 37, from Burrel living in Tirana, is the person who has tried to plan the assassination of the President of the Socialist Party, Edi Rama. According to the same sources, Rami found January 21 after the demonstration of the opposition, that his vehicle was damaged by fire by the demonstrators, some of whom degjeneruan in violence. Frustrated by this fact, Luan Rami wanted to retaliate and is scheduled to conduct a public revenge though not exactly on January 28, a week later, a second demonstration of the opposition. But a few hours before Friday's noon start January 28, homage demonstrations, the police managed to detect the signals operating income in the street and further by using special methods of investigation, that plays Rami was preparing itself to attack Third Edi Rama. Giant Ali Kica, 33, born in Burrel and living in Tirana. Prohibition of citizens of the above is done, as is ensuring conditions and material means to commit murder, provided by Article 80, Penal Code, State Police said. This section of the Penal Code reads: Providing material conditions and means to commit murder is punishable by imprisonment up to five years. Police said the investigation materials at the expense of these citizens have passed for further investigation of Tirana District Prosecutor's Office. On the second day of demonstrations, everything is moving in two directions.
