Vlora, 28 November 2011, NOA/R.Bulku - President of Albania, Bamir Topi announced today the 99-year anniversary ceremony of proclamation of independence in Vlora that the political class must be united.
In his speech before theMonumentofIndependence, President Topi expressed his pleasure being between citizens of Vlora celebrate this sacred day to national history, Independence Day.
President Topi praised the Ismail Qemali, man who declared independence in 28 November 1912, NOA.al News Agency reports.
"Ismail Qemali is not only the protagonist of the glorious history of your region or neighborhood and our nation at the same time, but the immortal model of wisdom, the patriotism, the sacrifices and decisions of state founding, that the Albanian political class society and today remains a huge lesson, to be learned ", said head of State of Vlora.
