Tirana, 30 november 2011, NOA - Head of the OSCE Presence in Tirana, Eugen Wollfarth attended today the first meeting of ad hoc committee on electoral reform. In a statement to the media, Wollfarth said after meeting attendance upbeat of compromise.
According to him, the main guidelines set by the OSCE / ODIHR in the last two processes may be good grounds to see the results early next year.
