2 hudhra te shtypura
3 luge te medha vaj ulliri extra vergine
2 luge te medha fara kungulli
2 luge te medha rozmarine te fresket
(Sipas deshires mund t’I shtoni: ½ qepe, 1 luge te vogel kanelle, pak arre moskat)

I zieni ne avull patatet per 7 minuta (nese jane organike mund ti konsumoni bashke me lekuren). I perzieni me pjesen tjeter te perberesve dhe I servirni. Dhe ja cfare keni fituar duke krahasuar me nevojat ditore:
